[Completed][MG] RX-93-V2 Hi-Nu Gundam Ver. KA Amuro Ray's Customize MS - [Updated 7th December 2014]

It's a while since I last build my kits lol... I'm kinda back from my short hiatus of building Gunpla but won't be doing as much as I did last time lol... To start things off, I finally got this kit, which is what I wanted all along too alongside with Nightingale but sold out lol... I bought it at a promotional price at Hobby Art Work so it's quite worth the buy lol...

I do have some plans on customizing this as part of my Dark Mobile Suit project... But it's tentative, so it's not confirm yet lol...

Promotional Brochure for Heavy Weapon System (HWS) parts.. Sold separately lol...

*Updated 2nd December 2014: Actually I completed some of it yesterday, but I forgot to upload it here lol... I'm working on the Fin Funnel panel lining at the moment, and I might try those water slide decals out and highly possible that I might top coat it...

Done panel lining all 6 of these parts lol...

Done panel lining the remaining portion lol...
*Updated 4th December 2014: All parts assemble except for the Fin Funnels which I've temporary disassemble them for the convenience of applying decals on them.

*Updated 5th December 2014: I can't imagine that I took almost the entire day just to apply decals on all 12 of the Fin Funnel parts.. That's really tedious... But I do like the outcome and I'm very please that I did not break a single decals while applying on the Fin Funnels! =D I will be applying Matt top Coat on these Fin Funnels first before I start on the rest of the parts.

Apart from the tedious work, I don't see why people would complain about it when the decals broke/tore on them... =/

First try successful =D

Took a break and had lunch after finishing half...

The (almost) final product XD
*Updated 6th December 2014: Completed top coating all the Fin Funnels. They turned out to be fine so far lol... And I also found some use for the effect parts which I took from P-Bandai Fin Funnel Set. The rest of the Funnels will be attaching to the Backpack. And I also completed applying decals for my Hi-Nu's weapons lol...

New way of holding weapons up haha =P
*Updated 7th December 2014: I have applied decals on most of the parts. And not to stuff too much things, I decided to top coat these first few parts. I'm still applying decals for the remaining parts at the moment, so most likely I'm looking to complete it by tomorrow, provided that my top coat spray can doesn't run out lol...

Top coat done for these lol...

Partially assembled...
*Updated 8th December 2014: Finally finished applying decals and top coated the rest of the parts.. I have assembled them together and we get the final outcome lol...

Conclusion, it is definitely bigger than the older Hi-Nu, and obviously the Hi-Nu Ver Ka has more details and still hell lots of decals lol... As to whether I will get the HWS parts for this kit, it will be KIV-ed first for the time being. Overall I enjoy building this, and it's top coated so that I won't never to worry about the decals sticking to my fingers while attempting to assemble or change pose lol...

    3. Haha... You need lots of patience to do this, and that was from my own personal experience doing this. It might be different experience for you =)
